John, like it or not, ALYD and the 39 other "Y2K" stocks I track all to a large degree move up or down with the entire Y2K sector. Obviously the Y2K sector has been in a steady decline these last few months and stocks that haven't sustained excellent quarter to quarter growth, like ALYD has, have taken the biggest hit. It's going to take the whole sector coming back in favor before we see some breakouts from the pack.

As for numbers, if I had any indication that Y2K pipelines were filling up for all vendors, I would certainly expect ALYD to be leading the pack and show explosive numbers. After all, their whole gameplan is based on taking in tons of code and turning it around quickly. However, I don't get that sense right now so it would be unfair of me to expect "blowout" numbers just yet, although, yes, I expect ALYD to outperform its peers.

You did a good job pointing out ALYD's AI (artificial intelligence) based technology. Seems like ALYD must have a debt of gratitude to you. Yes, their technology is what impresses me most, but, as we know, good marketing is the key to success in business. ALYD was among the first to recognize that clients wanted windowing, they were among the first to set up a centralized factory, they set their sites on Fortune 500 companies, their business plan was global, etc. And, best of all, their high-profile clients are quick to give ALYD sterling recommendations.

In short, if the sector flies, ALYD will be among the highest fliers, IMO. If the sector wallows... well, I don't really want to think about that (gg).

John, I was around when Alydaar was on the pink sheets as well. I bought after they went to the BB.

I still hold most of my shares. While it may take one quarter of earnings to bring investors back I still believe that investors will ride a panic wave in 1999 especially as 2000 approaches.

I thought the wave would have hit by now. Unless predictions are totally wrong and code doesn't need to be fixed or is fixed more easily than I have been lead to believe there must be several companies and government entities that are gonna be in trouble.

Do you agree or do you really believe that stocks like Alydaar will never fly again.
