Once they filed an 8k they were cleared for take off. But additional filings were needed with the mm to get them active.
My understanding is that RMIL is deliberately not trading now while they are attempting to secure funds and a possible merge with another. I'm out of the loop though because I mis-behaved.. haha
It's far more complicated a story but that's the gist of it
