Joe why don't you want that answered? What is the harm, unless the scrutiny that that brings exposes more embarrassing questions.

As to courage, why the silence about these very simple questions? Is that courage to obfuscate, to waffle, to evade, to remain silent about material facts?

Merced Telanis Zitec... How wants to know? What does it matter? How is it relevant to what the company is doing?

You have GOT to be joking. Merced and Telanis will provide product licenses to CSHK. Zitec will publicize and sell these products. And you think it doesn't matter that we know very little about them?

Merced, we do know, was incorporated in Florida on 11 May by Scotty-O and Tom, founder-owners of Wallace Technology. Is this the same company that was also incorporated in Nevada on 7 May? What about the assumed promissory note? Are Scott and Tom the software developers or not? Who is Telanis? Where are they located? What is their experience in software design? They call themselves an incorporation; are they one?

Why isn't the Zitec site up? Why has the Wallace site been down for six days?

Who are the "shareholders" of A. R. Brooks who'll receive the 6.1 million shares of CSHK common?

None of these questions seems "important" to you?
