Enhanced Services Co. Clarifies Stock Dividend Dates

HOUSTON, May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- In reference to the previously-announced one-for-one stock dividend by Enhanced Services Co., Inc. (Nasdaq: ESVS), the company today stated that the dividend applies to shareholders of record on May 22, 1998, with an effective date of May 29, 1998 and a settlement date of June 3, 1998.

No. You're wrong. I have my legitimate concerns about this company and have stated them on numerous occasions. I also have stated that there still may be some hope if the audited financials ever appear. This is a stock that should be viewed with caution due to it's history. If they can overcome that and show themselves to be a viable, real and functioning company through said financials then the stock should do well.
