dougjn, I happen to agree with your assessment that the sale could potentially 'liberate' the new duo to some extent, and enable them to do a modern make-over of their infrastructure which contains remnants of the mid- to late- Eighties through the present. A lot of backwards patchwork in such an infrastructure would have had to take place, with inherent capacity limitations, going forward. Can someone point me to an analysis of what the transaction really means, in terms of what is being sold off specifically? TIA, Frank C.
