Dear Floyd, Careful what you wish for. The stock continues to drift lower for all of the reasons Noblesse has repeated most emphatically on this thread, over and over again. Please remember that at some point this company will need to raise dough and it would be my personal preference that the company not dilute my interests as well as those of my clients and fellow thread participants at ridiculous prices....but we have been through that many times. I personally would not rule out an acquisition if the stock continues lower. I would be very unhappy if there were a bid here. Particularly in light of the capitalizations of the other businesses we have discussed on this thread.. How sick to your stomach would it make you to see KOPN try and buy this business...for stock?? Please do not misunderstand, I am not aware of any attempt by anyone to "BUY" this company, but if I were running KOPN, I sure would have to look at it. It would provide a great hedge for the technology that KOPN has. It would provide manufacturing expertise and capacity...Once again I throw out the thought only for purpose of discussion, I am not aware of any attempt by anyone to "BUY" this company. Floyd---love your "stealth paint". Sold some yesterday and buying back today, which is not my usual buy and hold way. Weird market.

Hmmm... the price action on this stock is telling us something. This drop to 17 after a major industry show .... leaves one wondering ... all that show and tell and no news to report. Is management sitting on some bad news? They said they would announce anything "material" and they have not announced any orders in a long time ... ???Hmmm. Or as raefon points out, they will be needing to raise funds sometime soon .... and that implies dilution .... and maybe that action has been set in motion.
