Quantum devices have been around for a number of years, so any respectable university physics department's home page should have some information.

Flexible substrates are close enough to implementation that there is tons of published work about them, but I'm not sure how much of it is online. They seem to be getting a great deal of interest for flat panel display applications, so feeding "flat panel displays" and " plastic substrates" to your favorite search engine should give you a good start. If you want technical meat, you might try the Materials Research Society home page (http://www.mrs.org). They've had a number of symposia on the subject, and you can either order the proceedings or ask your local university library to get them for you.
