Slider, all thru the selloff late last year and early this year, one of the symptoms was a lack of buying on the upgrades. It was a running joke here, hoping our favorite driller wouldn't get an upgrade!

Regarding EVI, I believe that some former WII shareholders are taking profits now that they finally have their EVI shares. The merger was quite good to them.

Any other theories?
