overbought/oversold:

Overbought/Oversold

defined as when prices have moved too far and too fast in either direction and thus are vulnerable to a reaction.

everything in the mkt has a happy norm.

ie: happy norm principle can be applied to fundamentals. what is overvalued and what is undervalued.. there is a "fair value" in there too.

lee:

your intc example is a great one.. intc ONCE was a leader.. now, it has done very poorly. a buy n' hold would have gotten a dismal return.. a trader would have done well.

as for dell, it's a great company. but intel WAS also. remember one thing: all leaders fall..

look at coms. look at apm. look at wdc.. most of them were leading companies, but now they are gone.
