I don't think MS or FDC want to pour the money down the drain that they know it would take to build a first class infrastructure. Thus, all the bluster. Whatever happened to the Citicorp billpay? Wasn't MSFDC going to acquire it?

You have those where you live?....I thought they were unique to Michigan...I've got 3 of them, and none of'em ring. I think they are defective...ain't worth a damm on long distance either, local calls seem to go through ok however...at least within Michigan.
