Victor. Your statement is right on the money, I couldn't have said it any better.

I have sent a two page fax to Anna Love giving my analysis of today's CC. I expect that Anna will forward it to Messrs. Adam and Malinoff and I hope that we can build something positive out of today's event.

While I do not want to be the foreteller of doom and, I am believer in self-fulfilling prophesies, I will share with you the first three paragraphs of my fax:

"On a 1 to 5 scale (1 = very poor; 5 = exceptional), today's CC was a 0.005.

It was an investor relations disaster.

It was so bad, my expectations are the the stock price will gap down on the opening tomorrow and selling will drive the stock down most of the day. We will be well into the teens by close tomorrow."

These are my own personal opinions and they may well be different from the majority on this board. I sure hope so, but I don't think so.

There was a lot more than this. It went into a blow by blow anaylsis of why and what must be done. I think I captured most of the sentiments expressed on the board this afternoon.

My conclusion was:

I own stock in this company. I beleive in this company. I want to help this company, and will do so in any way I can.

I apologize for being blunt, but FAMH's management needs to know how bad today's CC was and that today's performance should never be repeated.

Using you words, "Houston we have a problem!!"

LTBFV (out of the ashes), Dick
