Dick,

Why the gap prediction? I happen to think, while no fin. yet is disappointing, it's not the last word. The audit will be more believable than non-audited fin. and then screaming starts for audited.

I said in a previous post, I'm willing to give the co a little more time.

But, and this is not directed towards you, I'll still buy more on dips. Cause sooner or later good things are going to happen. Arif Adam
will see to it. Mostly because he wants to and maybe cause he has to.

Steve

Repeat.. This is worse than Summer reruns of Wings.

I apologize for being blunt, but FAMH's management needs to know how bad today's CC was and that today's performance should never be repeated.

This Company would screw up the discovery of cold fusion and lose money

Dick, You may be right on the stock price falling but who can say.

I agree on another PR disaster. That's two weeks in a row.

Last week, when the shareholders are thinking we're at 50 million shares. We are told the share count is 70 million. NO EXPLANATION.

This week, the shareholders have been told (over and over and over again) that financials will be out on EDGAR tomorrow. Today, we are told, on the advice of the new CPA, that the financials are best completely done by their office (not the old firm) and should be released after they are completed. Corso's firm may be retained on Monday to do FAMH's financials.

Again, NO GOOD EXPLANATION.

Are they fools? or just trying to drive the stock price down. Maybe this is how they are going to reduce the share count and float. At 0.02, FAMH could buy back a LOT of shares. Actually, I am joking.

BUT (this is a BIG BUT) to me this shows that Bristol Asset Managment is probably playing a larger and larger role in the decision making process. Bristol probably only want released financials from an auditing firm that they KNOW and trust.

HIRE THE NEW CFO!!! He MUST have substantial experience with PR and public companies. Unfortunately, they'll probably have to issue him a LOT of shares (or options) to get someone worthwhile.

later and hoping for consistency into the future, leroyt

Bravo Dick,

once again you've managed to articulate my feelings(and probably many others)exactly. On a positive note, I might add those of us who truely believe in the potential of this company, I think we will see A GREAT buying opportunity in the days or weeks to come.

How do we catch a greedy CEO? Put some nuts in a whole of the tree, wrap it with 30,000,000 shares and wait......When he discovers it, he will try to grab as much as he can. Greed will not let him release it. Today's CC is a big step back, but it is not as bad as 30,000,000 dilutive shares. Still long FAMH, taking aspirin for tomorrow headache Victor Tenorio Houston TX.
