I don't think the decline this afternoon is of much concern. A lot of technical damage has been done to the daily chart and it wouldn't be unusual for the stock to base at 15 for at least a few days. More importantly, the stock tested, but did not go below yesterday's low at 15 1/4. I still think we are at or near a bottom in VLSI and the SOX and Nasdaq in general.

E.J.N: Your clip suggest VLSI was singled out for that reversal. On close checking other Semis, I found many were on the same boat.

Two more +ve days and we should know for sure if that Upgrade holds.
