Jim, I have a very high regard and extremely positive opinion of both companies you mentioned; know them both well. The market is not favorable for hi-techs right now but our day is coming! The trend towards outsourcing is still in place and has room to grow. SIGA is smaller with more debt and is not in foreign markets like PGTZ but SIGA is small enough to be nimble in tough times and they have a niche ...very fast, very hi-tech boards. Both companies will do fine long term.
