rillinois and all:

glad to see rillinois is interested in both good and bad now. this statement is telling - and very accurate:

>>I believe that the reason most listeners have the belief that Bob can't miss with a stock
pick is because Bob constantly beats over our head the fact that he recommended
MSFT in 1990 at a split-adjusted $3 3/4 without any mention to his other
recommendations. Do you think that is fair to the listeners? I think listeners should know
all of the facts, so that they can "CHOOSE" whether or not to follow his stock
recommendations.<<

yes, we all should know the good and the bad. bad and good.

could someone help rillinois out with bob's msft rec way back when as i don't have the facts. i'd rather enjoy rillinois pointing out something positive about bob. well, there was the one post that was recently highlighted by rillinois. however, we all know there are plenty more negative posts ;-)

while we're at it, what other recs has bob made, when and what is their performance?

skeets...

Rillinois: re:<I'm here to tell everyone that just because Brinker recommends a stock you shouldn't think that it's the next MSFT.>

Who died and made it your responsibility to save all investors from Brinker's individual stock recommendations ? ? If you have opinions about real issues, I'm interested. But your posts are ALL open or subtle personal attacks designed to show Brinker has been wrong about this stock or that stock.

We're all grown-ups here. Most of us take responsibility for acting on Brinker's recommendations and accept the consequences. We take responsibility for doing our own homework on Brinker's recommendations before buying such stocks. Only a fool would buy a Brinker stock recommendation on blind faith.

Personally, I don't give a tinker's damn about any statistics you gather and post here or anyplace else if such data project a personal attack. If the data supports a real issue, I'm interested. If you like UTEK as an investment, tell us the reasons why (don't blame a messenger!). If you hate UTEK as an investment, tell us why. Use your valuable life energy to get yourself informed about real issues and express your opinion on them, rather than obsessing over saving investors from Brinker's stock picks. We can save ourselves, thank you!

Rillinois,

do you remember(if you listened to the show) a caller 3 weeks ago to Bob that asked about Intel, Bob said he didn't like to talk about specific stocks but he would hold Intel right now, it was 83 that weekend. Now 71.
