have those incorporation questions written down, although I personally am not sure as to what I need that information for. Some people want it though, so I'll ask.

Well Michael, if you're thinking the big revenue figure that's slated to come from the kitty litter end of the company. Not from technical sales. You know it's an $800M market. Why CSHK only has to grab say 2% of the total sales to get on plan.

To jhild: I am just curious why the question of "where are Merced, Telanis, and Zitec each incorporated" is of utmost importance? It seems to me there are far more important things to be doing DD on. For example: (1) what is the market potential for the kitty litter? (2)does the Y2K software work, what does it do, and what is the market potential for it? (3) Is the ICQ type software better than ICQ? AOL wants to buy ICQ for $300 million. We shareholders are doing DD on the things that really affect our share price.

You know while we were out doing DD on the testing, others were preoccupied doing DD on other things. Maybe a lesson was learned then???
