Steven, I also like this company too, morning's actions show that we should stay sideline a few days before the stock settled down, then we can buy more, it's a bargain at this level IMO, but I don't hurry to jump in right now, the lower it goes, the higher reward for us later. Good Luck.

4m shares @ $8.00? What?

I don't understand how this convertible debt comes into play. This debt is convertible at $12.47 per share. At least that is how I read the prospectus. (See /Archives/edgar/data/876726/0000950133-96-001294.txt) Why would somebody convert their bonds to stocks at this price when the stock is selling for less that $8.00? Please explain.
