Please explain what GMTC did that was fraudulant. I am new to this stock and see it as extremely undervalued by the numbers recently reported. No debt and no convertible preferred financing, $3 cash per share, $4 book value, earns at least .30 annually, growing sales force and expanding revenues. What am I missing? I don't understand why it dropped from $11 so please be so kind as to give me a quick history lesson. I'm considering a major investment in this company unless I can find a catch.

Lawsuits are universal for stocks that fall hard like GMTC has. So why is that a big deal here? Find me a stock that has fallen that has not been sued, very hard to do. Many if not most of these suits are dismissed. Noone likes to lose money, but we have to look at the numbers as they are and do the math. If they are correct, this stock is a steal.
