That's the point I would make. Bribery tends to be the MO in Asian countries, but not here yet (I hope).

Bribery is a fact in many countries, ie Mexico. If there is a revolution in Indonesia will Lucent be hurt or just pay bribes to the new government.

Loral doesn't seem to be hurt yet, do you think the American people will really care about any new scandals?
