Great article, Scrapps! Interesting to see that ADSL modems are expected to slightly outpace cable in 1998. Remember how long it took the public to catch on to the concept of the WorldWide Web, the internet, etc?? There is a similar phenomenon in the stalling of interest in the ADSL stocks due to the lethargic minds of the average investor: They really haven't taken the time to understand the ramifications of ADSL!!! Now that the WWW has become the WorldWideWait, one would think that the public would be clamoring to buy these stocks and they will...
