<<The last filing with the SEC was the NT-10K from April. >> And they haven't filed anything for the quarter ending March 1998. The NT-10K (which is only for the filing ending Dec97) I believe is only a 2 week extension. Nothing has been filed. So my question is how can a company be fully reporting if it doesn't file anything. Fully reporting means current, up-to-date. Doesn't matter if they're "working" on it. I would love to be corrected.

Ok there are 19 registration filings under America Coffee cup when all this was written. Read the statements. I tell you something as simple as a dividend and a reduction in warrants and people calling being smart gets nothing but rumors started.

See Dan is talking calmly and saying what ever I do not know ... I just talked to Dan Again and he is saying he the target price is $2.50 and NO I repeat NO June date. He is not going to say what he would like to see happen anymore. He has brokers calling for the warrants. HELLO!!!

Plus some of you have gotten brokers telling you you can;t exercise still. Think about all this and use common sense..

Now if people would read the release and read the SEC filings none of this can happen regardless of who said it could. Dan is saying he was talking in general terms and wants.

MIDL has to follow the SEC rules and regulations NOT what someone WANTS or WISHES or anthing like that. Now I know they have what they say because of the testing results and today is the final day for the perferred. Did anyone actually expect all this nonsense not to happen.

Common sense tells you that the 10 day $1.25 (which I do see in the registration statement as an option) is an oxymoron of the June window. Now NEITHER to my knowledge can happen and I have had nothing but phone calls from savvy investors that agree with me.

Hope this helps... But it looks like they do not want the warrants exercised and there is a campaign to stop it.

I could be wrong here but I do not see how he can do either or both.
