Buckfa, Sorry for the intrusion, I know the active participants on this thread don't like input from non-shareholders, but I'll try and help anyway. As to your question, it is very difficult to get information on BB stocks as the reporting requirements on them are not as strict as other fully listed companies. I don't know when ALL the shares become unrestricted, but I can same some are unrestricted and some are sold. Insiders have sold stock on 14 different occasions per SEC registration of form 144's (I listed dates for each registration below). I don't have access to #'s of shares or who sold them, but I do know that insiders sold on 14 different occasions. May 27 1998 Mar 20 1998 Mar 19 1998 Mar 4 1998 Mar 2 1998 Mar 2 1998 Feb 26 1998 Feb 26 1998 Feb 26 1998 Feb 26 1998 Feb 25 1998 Feb 23 1998 Feb 23 1998 Feb 23 1998 The important thing to realize is IF the insiders really believed in the engine why would they sell in the below $10 range when they knew UW testing would be coming up, Shelby would 'love' the engine, the engine would revolutionize the world, etc., etc., etc. Ask yourself - How many of the 'new engine', perpetual motion, cold fusion stories really come true? Why doesn't AENG hire an independent lab to conduct a test? It couldn't take more than a few weeks to set up. Why have there been no major reports on the engine? Why is it a bulletin board stock and not a real stock? Why do insiders sell before the (since cancelled) test at UW? Why no patent number? (The secrecy thing is a total joke. They're hiding the patent number in case of copy cats, but they'll let a detroit newspaper publish a drawing. LOL) Why, why, why ..... I don't think you should 'believe' either side. Look at the information in front of you and decide for yourself. Don't rely on Greg, Goldfinger, me or anyone else. Returning to lurker mode, Brent
