They should sign a regional test ban and nonproliferation treaties.> JPR, sounds ironical after tit for tat nuclear blasting, but the only mature thing to do. I agree with you. Hope peace prevails. Hmm I wonder if US would take a leadership role here if not for a total NPT agreement by these countries? Gunther.
