David S is very correct. Awhile back I suggested to people to transfer their stock from a margin account to a cash account. I personally transferred over 1mm shares for people at the firm I use, and shortly thereafter the short position doubled. It seemed a good idea at the time. It didn't do a damn thing. The stock is very tough to borrow, but that is irrelevant to the pros. They can short the stock until the cows come home, until we get upside pressure, and then some of them will be forced to cover.

We have beat this story to death. I believe the bets are on the table. I guess the shorts are as frustrated as the longs are. This is like watching the paint dry.

Everyone asks me how can the shorts be so stupid as to short this potentially great story. In reality, there has been nothing to ruffle their feathers for so long. They don't respect Darby, they love SPRX, a loser IMO, and we have no deal. So far with no deal they are correct.

Until our partner is in the fold, they can huff and puff, and we can do the same. Show me the money is what it is all about, and if we do then we will put the hurt on them, until then more of the same day to day BS.
