I think it's important to keep in mind that there's really little or no reason this stock should move until we see some news. Have you visited the GlobalNet corporate Web site? It makes the company look like your standard, dull Internet Service Provider. There's nothing on the audio and video technologies. Word of the Entertainment site is buried in some old news releases. You won't even learn that they are publicly traded unless you dig through these releases! I asked for an investor's packet and was told it was still being prepared. ISDN is non-reporting. In short, they give investors absolutely no reason to be excited about the company.

This will be an issue to bring up with Mr. Roth once we see some more movement with OEN and the audio technology. They have to sell their company and their vision in order to create shareholder value. I'm hoping they'll hire a good IR/PR firm to help them get the word out. The story is right, assuming they really do have the technology in hand to back it up. But the story has to be put out there in order for it to generate investor interest and shareholder value.

Dave and Stephanie, have either of you asked any specific questions about ISDN's IR/PR strategy going forward? I didn't go into this because the technology and entertainment site are so clearly the immediate concerns. But if either of you has discussed this with ISDN, I'd be interested in hearing what you learned.

Thanks!
