I called PLFM yesterday. I was told that the news was postponed to June 1 because Howard wanted to release the GOOD news on a Monday. I think on June 1, Monday, PLFM will begin its new journey towards NASDAQ and the world of proper valuation. If the news is released before the bell, we could see a large gap up. Hence, I have decided to add to my position now instead of waiting for the news. Lets go PLFM. Jake

I spoke with a lady at PLFM yesterday (888-742-0770) and she confirmed that indeed there will be news out on Monday. The details of the release will be exactly as was outlined in the previous release... "Foote intends to reveal his plans for strategic business acquisitions, sale of licenses, exploring sale for military application, contract status, additional business interest, and investment banking relationships." This should give us all a great deal of insight as to where Foote is trying to the take this company and within what time frame.
