I think there are some short-termers that were expecting a more dramatic run up in the P at this late hour and are selling disappointed. Ex-dividend, you would assume the price would drop, so this is the last hour to sell if you had that mind-set. I took the belt and suspenders approach and bought Tuesday, so there would be no question about settlement...

Hope it tanks ex-dividend so I can buy more really cheap.

Good Question. But the last trade (100) was at the bid 22. so someone IS selling..what I cannot figure out is why there aren't more buyers here at $22, even without the dividend, you are essentially buying the common at 63 cents!!
