Dr. Summers, I am also a new SI member who owns shares in ABMI. I would like to take the opportunity to ask the founder of ABMI some questions, if I may: Do you have pending litigation against ABMI re: matters you discussed in your post? I am not asking for details, just a Yes or No. If you want to elaborate, that's fine;if you don't, that's fine, too. Would you share your opinions on the recent market value increase of ABMI shares and the most recent decline in the market value of ABMI shares? My opinion based upon my research is that ABMI share price is on a long-term upswing and that the recent downswing was caused by profit taking by many small investors (and low volume). In your best judgment, do you believe ABMI will be able to attain CE Mark for certain product(s) by June 15, 1998? I want to thank you in advance for any information you can provide.

Well, I must say this thread just got a whole lot more interesting. I am really tired of the chief cheerleaders on this thread always promoting. I hope for a different view of the company and its developments. Perhaps more balance...
