BAP, Love your post. We are indeed kindred spirits! I also fear that it will take some immense tragedy, economic or otherwise to shake up the population enough to vote for real change, which would involve throwing out all the incumbents. The third parties are too fragmented and too focused on one particular viewpoint or another to be a real force. But I'll probably vote for some third party people anyway, just to be stubborn. Jack
