I was going to add a note to this string inquiring as to what people thought would happen if the the vote doesn't pass. I've got this sneaking suspicion that it won't partially because of the fact that they are making calls to stockholders and also because of the second letter that is being sent out by Palmer (filed with the SEC last week).

I've heard talk that if it doesn't pass it will spell the end of DEC. Personally I don't think anything will change, it will be business as usual and the Merced delay could really help. Also if it doesn't pass I think that the entire board and Palmer should resign based on the lack of confidence shown by the NO vote.

For anyone still liking DEC and thinking the vote won't pass, would a sell June 10 and buy back on June 12 or 15 be a good move? Or would June 50 Puts (currently 5/16) bought now be a good move?
