There's one other issue. Even if a MOT were to acquire TFS in a "friendly" fashion, the acquisition puts at risk any of the customer base who are in competition with MOT, or who feel that their best interests are not served through a captive supplier. It's a sure way to create a customer exodus and compromise the viability of the business. Talk about being susceptible to the fortunes of a single customer!! That's one way to pedal back into exactly that situation! JimA
