Peter I dont think that bay should be worth 4.5 time sales ,but if it is ,my point is that jabil or flex are worth at least half of what bay is worth on a sales basis ,as you just pointed out half of the tele-com players can't make it on their own due to competion,thats not the case with the top five ecms,so I would say that theirs less risk ,anyway jabil for exsample is currently valued at less than one times sales or less than one fourth Bays est. value ,the facts are that their are very few companys in todays market that are not loseing money trading at less that 1 time sales, their are lots of companys trading at 2-3times sales making less than 6%net profit,further jabil and flex trading at their current value would trade at 1/8 of bay est.sale price in just 12 months,if your buying earned income I would rather pay 1/8 the price for the same color of money.jmho patroller PS I dont know that Paul ,I was just being funny sugesting he might be the great Paul K <ggg>

Peter we found somthing that has interest, so what say you all, whats a fair number times sales for one of these guys?I say no less than 2-2.5x sales.jmho patroller ps,heres a few real ones jbl 1.12 sanm 2.95 slr 1.18 flex .65 qntm .51 csco 10.28 coms 1.79 dam flex is the cheapest of the bunch .
