LGOV is handling all its business through banking channels with everything agreed upon up front. This is a typical business practice when dealing with any foreign entity, be it a government or a foreign firm.

Letters of credit, funds on deposit - cross-checked against deliveries, etc., is done every day. These are some of the methods LGOV is using as well.

The object is to run things on a JIT (just in time) basis - so you don't get overextended in any area. Dan and Deng are playing this like a classical violin; and - IF YOU OWN STOCK (especially at todays bargain basement prices) - you will prosper as LGOV does!

Business within the country is being handled with vouchers passed through the People's Ag Bank. Nobody has to wonder about getting what they paid for - or getting paid. The folks who want product (at least in the bottled sense) buy a voucher, go down to the gas shop and trade the voucher for a full bottle, and LGOV gets paid when the voucher is sold.

Vouchers are person-specific; so if a local hoodlum beat you out of your voucher - he can't get any gas for it. " No tickee - no laundree"; and the "tickee" has to ID'd to be processed at the point of sale!

I thought that was a pretty smart procedure; since a lot of old folks over here get their SS checks ripped off - and the lousy crooked SOBs can cash their ill gotten gains. Not in China!

Maybe Clintwit and the Social Security Administration could learn something from LGOV and Chinese!

This is why LGOV is having very few difficulties with anything, except typical Chinese procrastination and "tea sipping" delays. Good planning, good procedures, and dogged determination - back by right-on performance!

"BUY LGOV TODAY...........drink Dom Perignon manana"!!

"BUILD AMERICA in CHINA"
