Hi Michael...

On a couple of issues...

You have committed a typo. Management has indicated that 1998 revenues will be up a minimum of 25% for the year, rather than the 15% you have posted.

On another matter, the company has acknowledged to me (and others) that it will be doing an offering either late this year or early next year. The purpose of that offering is to maintain the conservative financial profile of the company (which is supportive to your understanding of the "risks" associated with the heavy percentage of business done with Motorola) but *ALSO* for the purpose of increasing liquidity and generating analytic coverage. In addition, it gives management an opportunity to tell its story to Wall Street in the form of due diligence meetings.

You will note that those three issues have been the subject of considerable "thread" discussion going back for at least 6-12 months. As you know, I believe that is the right way to proceed, and I am heartened that management has come around to the same perspective.

Michael, nothing really worth accomplishing comes overnight, and it is my honest belief that this "thread" has and will have impact on the thought process of the TFS Board and Officers.

Have a good day.
