I think you're missing the big picture...

DELL is a HIGHLY valued momentum stock and one of the few GREAT stocks of the 90's.

It CANNOT continue to grow 100% year over year. No one has and no one will on a long-term basis.

As DELL naturally slows, it looses it's IMMORTAL status and becomes another great stock. As this occurs the valuations lower and the momentum decreases a little.

That is what we are seeing right now. It's that simple.

DELL is a great company and will continue to do well, not as well as the past, however. The valuations will come down to earth a little more.

That's one man's opinion....

The author to this article seems to lack knowledge in how analysts project a company's future growth rate. They rarely project anything more that 30%, period. This is specially true for a blue chip stock like DELL.
