Copeland, Predictions are just what they imply. And since I don't think it's silly I'll make my 6 month projection at this time. It is basically the same as Capitalism, 1.25 to 1.50. Anyway the outstanding is high for the record since I did my own DD and I don't rely on this board for my answers. And you are wrong, it is more than 60 outstanding, more like 80 per Rubenstein. So if you want to sell, go right ahead. I am honest so I respond to you cause you asked. I just found out a couple of days ago BUT I will be buying your shares if that scares you because I understand the situation as well as anyone. It is a high number but I am looking at the big picture and still feel that these guys will make big money with the pictures they make. The reality is that if there were 8 million outstanding, the stock would be 2 1/8 and the upside, if they are successful would be 20 a share in a year. I understand your concern and have went thru that myself. If you go back on the earlier posts(if you have the time to do some DD), you would have seen my same concerns. But I have resolved the issue with myself because I believe in the management now, which in movie production, means far more than your computations. ONE big movie and the stock is 3 dollars quickly. So do what you like and good luck to you. Gary P. S. This company easily has the potential of revenues exceeding 100 million with a couple of modestly sucessfully movies and profits of 25 million. Thats a PE of less than 1. So I will buy more.

Copeland, By the way, I was trying to be honest and if you are a value investor, you should go away. This is a speculative investment and I won't lie. But it is a bet on the proven production skills of 2 guys that KNOW HOW TO MAKE MONEY IN MOVIE PRODUCTION. That is my belief, based on their track record. So I just wanted to be fair since you asked. I asked Rubenstein about that myself and they were fair ehough to tell me. Believe me though, if they do what they have already done numerous times in the past, the valuation is very very cheap here. Only time will tell so bet or fold. Gary P. S. To All . I am sorry I didn't reveal the shares outstanding the minute I found out. It obviously wasn't positive and till now, nobody asked. Anyway, if you like me wanted to buy more and it does go down, we will be able to buy more, cheaper. So a mixed bag but maybe an opportunity!!!!
