Dan: I think the market is concerned about the Symbios merger as a short term negative. Lacking complete knowledge of Symbios' financials, and given the certain problems during the integration phase, the market sees uncertainty, and uncertainty gives discomfort. The market probably expects the deal to go through, and that is one of the problems with the stock. But once the deal is finished, the market will have a much better sense of how things are going to work out. Presumably, Adaptec will have much to say about that after it closes the deal. Then some of the uncertainty will disappear. As the uncertainty fades into the horizon, I think this undervalued stock will begin to recover nicely.

Dan,
You're missing the picture. ADPT's future earnings are almost impossible to estimate right now. The historical basis for earnings and growth is being subverted by new technology. Through a glass darkly.

Dan, if 15 doesn't hold; where do you see ADPT breaking down to next? Where would you see support next?
