So, has that controlling interest already been purchased and transferred to Global? If Biofarm is distributing additional products using the Chinese trademark/license and the Fuzhou Fujian company, that should mean really good things for RMG.

I'm looking, but I haven't seen anything definitive on the relationship between RMG, Global, Biofarm and Litchfield concerning assets and the Fuzhou Fujian company.

The way I now understand it is that RMG owns (or will soon own FF).

Litchfield has (or will have) a controlling interest in RMG which it will be "contributed" to Global.

Global also owns Biofarm which has a multitude of products that would possibly be products sold through Global/RMG into the Chinese market.
These additional products would probably be in addition to the ginseng products that RMG already has available.

Is this the picture or am I way off? I'm just piecing together the things that I am hearing and reading and typing out loud...

If the above is the case, the ginseng product isn't the most valuable asset that RMG owns. That asset would be the fact that they have made a deposit on the FF company and expect to complete the deal very shortly with the help of Litchfield, and with that comes the Chinese market.

If it has been, what does that mean to current shareholders? I will e-mail RMG about this and some other questions that I have and let this thread know what I hear.
