The key stat is the percentage of the float which is short. I haven't found one site for that. I use VIWES to get the short interest, then Yahoo profiles for the outstanding and the float.

A new short idea - Boeing (BA)

Nothing wrong with the company, but I don't think that they will easily digest the recent Rockwell acquisition. I believe margins will continue to be under pressure and the company faces at least a few more money-losing quarters. Boeing also faces some of the worst consequences from the Asian crisis as the current economic climate and subsequent drop in business and leisure travel will bite into current and future orders for new 777s. Today Boeing was hit with more bad news as they face increased litigation expense from the TWA disaster.

I beleive BA will test and probably fall below its 52 week low of 42.
