Jack, It sounds as though the wonderful world of macros and WordPerfect's beautiful macro language eluded your detection. <g> I've automated all of those cumbersome chores, and more, with WordPerfect and SmartKey macros. I have shelves full of software--both in their DOS and Windows versions. I always found myself gravitating back to DOS to do any real work. I even resent giving up space on my desk to a mouse. That's really where I want my coffee cup to be. Call me anachronistic or iconoclastic. I guess I'm a little of both. I do realize I shall have to go to Win95/98, and soon. Voice files, downloaded via the Internet, rather than tapes and re-recording, are rapidly becoming the industry standard. Holly
