Thanks for the link. I was very curious when you posted earlier asking if anyone had heard. If it were true this would be BIG BIG news!

Unfortunately, it looks like the link is referring to the South African Post Office. Anyway, maybe it signals a trend. In direct response to your question... if the Postal Service were privatized it probably would drive up postage, resulting in one more strong reason to adopt electronic bill pay.
