Response from Joe Lanza Wes, Please go back to Dec. Truher dumped his 479,000 shares. This scared Proctor, he reads this thread too, and he began to sell. He has a convertable sliding prefered, so as the price got lower, his position got bigger. Remember when the stock went from $.12-.27 ( go back and check), who do you think was buying and selling? Then the stock dropped back down to $.17 and now $.12 -.15. Andy just wants out, like a lot of you, but what Joe V did was horrible to the shareholders. Then again, the directors have never baought a share. Joe Lanza
