Joe: If you accuse Andy Proctor and his group of shorting based on his preferred why don't you SPECIFICALLY say it? As far as I know Andy Proctor has not converted preferred to common, nor have the people he sold most of positions to. If Andy converts he will have around 400 thousand shares common, not millions...or at least I think that what his 2 units convert to. You can describe the SPECIFIC PROVISIONS of these units, which you never seem to get around to. Wes
