Wes,

I would say that you are looking through a kaleidoscope and
are making statements on this thread from illusional facts.

Who I am associated with is not pertinent at this time. I
will acknowledge though that I am not in association with
Coyote and I am associated with a group who has possible
acquisition interest in Airstar.

As for Joe Lanza, I can have no allegiance to the man. I have
noticed a fair amount of criticism directed towards Joe Lanza.
Whether it has justification, I don't feel it is relevant at
this time. If Joe Lanza still in fact has a contract with
Airstar Technologies, an acquisition of this company could
change the validity of that contract to either is benefit or
his disadvantage. The same would imply to Financial Internet
Group.

I would like to draw your attention to one comment that has been
made on this thread. There have been many references to the
statement that Joe Vigliarolo has voiced he has been under
Joe Lanza's control. If that were even the case, doesn't that
demonstrate to you how weak-minded this man's ability really is?
No offense to Joe Lanza but, I am aware of this man's strengths
and where he falls short. Joe Lanza would not intimidate our
group of associates. I had to find it almost embarrassing
that Joe Vigliarolo would disclose such lack of ability to run
Airstar Technologies. This only confirms our opinion that Airstar Technologies' shareholders are dealing with an incompetent Board of Directors and an inexperienced President. Having that knowledge,
this company could be acquired with very little effort. Not only
are they ineffective in their ability to expand, they have no
ability to acquire the cash needed for expansion. When you
are dealing with a Board of Director's who have no credentials
to speak of, their isn't anything the Board of Airstar can do
to prevent the possibility of tendering an offer. It will be
up to the shareholders. With a strong management team who have
substantial cash, how could the shareholders reject such an offer?

Wes, your statement to make that fabulous offer you have been
waiting for has been heard. The group I am in association with
will proceed in a manner that we believe is beneficial to
Airstar Technolgies future, as well as their shareholders.
One way or another though, this Board of Director's will
be forced to submit their resignation immediately.

It was my intention to answer your questions and respond to
your comments. If I didn't address all your points, I apologize.

Dan Laromata

**Response from Joe Lanza**

Wes,

I am not trying to run anybody. However, if you lie to me, try to hurt my family, then you have a problem. Vigliarolo has done this, and he came in late at night and stole office equipement. I have never controled any of the board members. As I said, they don't have a dime invested in the company, so it seems like it's no big deal to them. Dennis Casey has saved the company, but he needs qualified people to work with. This is no longer a start-up company, it is ready to move. So keep in mind that when the crowd left there were no golden parachutes, no bonuses, and no option increases. I am the asshole (according to Dan), that kept Joe V scared. Now Wes, here is something to chew on. The 10k and the Xecom vs Xecom case was given to an attorney in La. He was paid over $100,000, and what have we got? Management is acting on his advise, more on that latter. I just got another default judgement because they issued no response. I know that Joe V and company want access to the cookie jar, and the title. Jack is
right, tere has been too much damage. This company cannot go any were unless myself and the rest go. So, my contract is for another 2 plus years, $30,000 a month plus expenses. If Joe V cares for you Wes, this should be no problem, we will all resign. Qualified and experienced management can come in, and this company will fly. However, I think that Joe V will not resign, and will have to be thrown out.

Joe Lanza

PS. Dan L, we have not met, but don't think I have been sitting like dumb dumb the dancing bear. You and your group might have to pay more than your thinking on. I agree though, we need new blood, this is the real deal.
