All,

Speaking of the future...

I took a class today on the internet and the guru teacher said that cable will soon replace the traditional modem connection as we know it. There has been a test market here in Minnesota by Media One that has proven speeds of 6,000,000 bps (yes six million) via cable.

Of course we still have the phone lines to deal with, but solutions are already here in expanding to these speeds involving fiber optics. I'm not an engineer (duh...no kidding Bigelow) but I'm interested how this would effect a company like S3. It has to be positive.

Any comments? Just remember we thought 9600 was super fast a short time ago and buggy whip stock was the equity to own.

Onward,

George
