Paul - Thanks a lot for the report. Thanks again for quoting Satish on the depressed y2k sector: disappearance of momentum players as these companies are in transition, from y2k to non-y2k. I have been posting this reason like a broken record, and glad to get some confirmation from Satish. A few points I do not understand -
They now have 300 people working on Michelin work on a 26MM$ multiyear project.IMRS has a client list now of more than 70 Fortune 500 Size clients and believe they can do 10MM$ business with 85% of these existing customers.
(1) I thought IMRS had less than 2000 employees worldwide. If 300 are on Michelin, do we have to split 1700 among the 70 Fortune 500 clients?
(2) Is it $10Million for all of the 70 Fortune 500 companies, or $10Million for each companies? If yes, that would mean $700Million? Is this true?
(3) At 26% margin or so, IMRS should have more than $150MM by 1999 year end. Why not more than $150MM of cash on hand? Please confirm. Thanks. Ram
