You make good points about limited partnerships.

I haven't decided if I want to sell right after CBHI is converted to NUT shares or be a long term hold of NUT.

I expect that there will be no adjustment and I should get 2 shares of NUT for every three shares of CBHI. This will be a nice short term gain for me, providing NUT stays around $4 dollar a share.

On the other hand, NUT does appeal to me since its book value is above its current trading prices and there is a good chance that revenues will increase over the long haul (3 to 5) years. I expect macademia nuts will become more popular in Europe and that increased demand will allow increased profit margins.

Not much, of course, no growth stock here, but if it goes up to $8 a share over the next three years, that will be a very good increase.
