The Celeron at 266/66 MHz might be a dud, but at 350/100 or 400/100 MHz, its most processor you can buy for $150 (soon to be more like $100). And, with no cache and being a .25 micron Deschutes chip, it's generally reliable when run that way on a board with a BX chipset.
