Shawn,

At the corporation where I work it is almost all cpq machines except for some apples. I can assure you from my personal experience and my friends who service these machines, cpq machines take on the beating and keep on ticking. I am an engineer who uses them rigorously for all kinds of work, never turn them off unless required from MIS group for some purpose and I have yet to see one cpq machine fail on me. Software, that is another issue and I hope people don't blame the machines when the software does not work. A machine is a machine. You feed it junk, it will spit out junk. I hope people stop attacking quality of cpq machines on heresay. This is absolute nonsense!! peace and good luck!
