Stupid question #2. I apologize as I may have missed this in previous postings, but the news release from Friday seems to say that the 3:2 split on the "P" is effective as of the close of business on Fri., May 29;
although the 35:1 conversion to the common does not occur until Oct.,1998. The question is if I buy 2 shares of "P" tomorrow do I take
it that I end up with 2 and not 3, so that the price of the "P" should drop accordingly?

Ga Bard,
I spoke to a close friend (golfing bud) the other day who is a partner in a small start up financial business. He said that once the larger financial institutions and investment bankers begin to look into MIDL that, that would be the "go signal" to the industry and investment community that MIDl and DF-144 were the real thing. He also said that anyone involved with it prior to that would be in for a very pleasant ride if everything, (relating your hard work / DD), that I was telling him were true. He said that he'd look into MIDl on Monday and let me know if any of the BIGGER guys were beginning to sniff around. I'll keep thread posted if I hear anything.

PS.. Anyone else involved, if you have not yet called Acron to talk directly to them I strongly suggest that you do. I did I and I can assure you any and all questions that you may have concerning many of the topics raised here can be answered form the proverbial horses mouth...
